Please help! I have a Masters Degree from a US school with 3 -years post degree, 2-years pre degree experience. My firms lawyers(fragomen) filed my PERM labor app on 6/21/06 under EB32 as they said my boss's approved job description said min.requirements for my position were Bachelors with 3+experience. All this time I was under impression they will file under EB2 as i have masters degree? the PERM labour is still pending, so should I ask to re-file under EB2? My boss could be persuaded to change the job desc as i am in a senior position which no bachelors candidate with 3 years exp can fill. Please help.....am worried that i will loose out on the EB2 advantage. My 6-year H1B period expires in Nov'2008.
