Hello! i am a holder of a US tourist B1/B2 visa and this will expire on July 2011. I will be traveling to the US in March 2011 to attend a wedding of my nephew. By that time i will only have 4 months available period in my visa or less than 6 months as required . Will that be alright to go? or do i have to apply for a new visa before march 2011? Another concern is that i got a US driver's license which was issued to expire on 2027 . I was previously an immigrant and got a driver's license as a green card holder. I travelled twice to the US in 2005 and 2007 and during my second trip i decided to apply for a driver's license. The DMV records still showed that i was a holder of one issued to me when i was a permanent resident. In my excitement i got the license but was later regretful having done so.

Will it be allright to use my current visa to travel in March 2011, Will they detect this License issuance in the port of entry ? I hope you can advice me on what to do.
If i apply for a new US Visa, I will be using the DS 160 form which will now show that i got a driver's license . Will I be denied a visa?Did i violate any immigration law? What if i surrender it, where should i go or return the license? how will i correct my mistake? I really regretted this so much ..Please I really need your advice badly. thanks to all repliers..
