A company is willing to offer me a pre-approved labor. But my colleague is saying that temporarily from Oct 1, 2005 applying Green Card with approved labors has been stopped until further notice. if so, can anyone tell me where this news can be found.
Is this news true? so there is no way that i can go for this anymore. please help as i am in the verge of my h1b completion. when thinking for an alternative like this, i am hearing this news today and really shocked.
