I have filed for I40 with labor substitution on (July 20th 2002) - Still Pending
I485,AP,EAD was filed on Aug 28th 2002- Still pending
Received RFE on I140 2 weeks back and answered it last week. Now INS message changed saying "They have received my RFE response and processing my case . It will take 90 (Instead of regular 158 days) days to process, since priliminary investigation has been done"
My question is
1. Can I apply for interim EAD from my local INS office in person, as I have already finished 3 months after filing for EAD.
2. Even though my I140 is pending , can I change my job after March 2003 (In March, I am completing 180 days after I filed for I485)?.
