hi all,

add me too in ur friends list.i really need ur help folks
i had applied for I 140 under schedule A nurse through vermont service centre in the month of july 2005 and got the receipt no. aug 2005 since my lawyer told me that nurses are put under EX category then why vermont is taking so long to give the approvals .past 5 months i ve been seeing same date which is mar 26,2005 on their processing time bulletin .it wud ve been really nice of u people if u let me know if any one has got there approval

vermont is slow in processing I-140 for schedule A due to having a lot of people filing in their service center. you know that new york and new jersey have thousands of PT's and Nurses filing there.. knew someone who filed july last year who just had his greencard. i filed july this year and got the greencard in less than 3 mos in texas service center.
