Hi,All. I am on F-1. I need to travel as there is an emergency. AOS is pending , is it safe for me to travel? And do I need I-485 receipt`s copy? I read that we need the receipt whereas my lawyer tells I don`t need it as I hold F-1 not H-1.Thanks,Rajeev.
