i submitted 485/140/AP/EAD on july 27 and have gotton all teh recipets with reciept date 20th sep. i haven't recieved my AP yet. Is there a # i can call to find our when i am getting it.
Also it's been a month since we did FP but haven't seen any updates FP on 485. should i be worried? Who should i call to inquire?

wanted to share my experience to expedite Adavance Parole processing due to medical emergency.
my application is at Nebraska and it was received on August 15. I received all copy of receipts. Due to medical emergency I have to leave for India as soon as possible. I talked to someone at National Customer service number and she asked me to send one fax.
I sent fax at 402-219-6171 (for nebraska) with following documents
- copy of I131 receipt for myself and my spouse
- letter of hospital from India
- one cover letter mentioning receipt number, A# and your contact details like email addres
not sure how far this one works for u ??????????????????????
