I am in L1B VISA. Below are my details
Date of Entry : Jan 24th 2002
Date of VISA and Petition expiration : Oct 16th 2006
I know that I cannot stay for more than five years in L1B. If I leave in October 1st 2006, and file my H1 for next year April (2007) and come to US on November (2007)
Question:
Am i eligible to stay for another six years?
Or
Do I need to go back within One year?
Please advice.
