Pls.Help ..Info on FBI fingerprints

I am living in South Carolina,US . How should I proceed to get the fbi fingerprints for canada immigration?

Appendix E tell u more about the Police Clearance Clearly.
(To get the FBI finger prints u have to visit
local Driving License Issuing Authority or to a nearby police station and take the finger prints card and mail them to the address given in appendix E along with the requisite amount)

You can send the FP after your application

You can send the FP after you have sent the appllication so that you get in the queue, You can send the FP with the Reciept number the consulate gives you.

Guys just guide him properly

Usually a DMV or police station or Mail boxes or sherrif\'s office etc do finger printing for you.
Otherwise

Pick up ur city. Find out the phone no and call them and they will guide you thoroughly. I took help directly from FBI. Very professional and friendly people.

no ORI number on fingerprint cards..

I got some blank fingerprint cards from FBI but they don\'t have any ORI number. Is that going to be a problem ?
