Long story short, I am currently 19 years old, my biological father abandoned me and my mother at my age of 3, then I never saw him until then. He lied to my mother that he is a non-marriageist, he never provide anything, literally anything to me and my mother, not even a penny of dollars. He is an American citizen, for the past 6 years, I asked him for more than 10 times if he could give me green card or citizenship but he never agrees, I just want my mother to feel less stressful by paying less tuitions and provide her a satisfying life. Is there anything I can do? I have been looking up on countless websites, the information I got is, in order to obtain citizenship/green card through parent, the father need to declare the son otherwise there is nothing we can do.
I have been also looking up on the SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status), is my situation applicable? If not, is there anything we can do for our right?
