Pls help, get 2nd FP notice within 60 days, what should I do?

My spouse did the 1st FP on Feb. 2, 2002, but got another FP notice today. On the notice, it says "disregard this notice if did FP in 90 days", should I diregard it or go ahead do the 2nd one? Pls help. BTW, I am the primary applicant, our case is very old WAC01-137-xxxx, my case got approved on two weeks ago, but my spouse did not get the approval at the same time, now he is getting 2nd FP notice. It is weird, coz we talked to IIo two weeks ago and she said our FBI check are cleared, so what should we do? I was wondering this 2nd notice was INS\'s reponse to our fax inquiry which we sent in Jan.?

You would disregard this FP notice.

I read my FP Notification. Here is original statement:
"PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE IF:
1. YOU HAVE BEEN FINGERPRINTED WITHEN THE LAST 90 DAYS,"

Did you check AVM message? My msg was changed to \'Got FP, the
case was resumed...\' Your msg is the same as that. You wouldn\'t
do anything, I think. Hope that it\'s helpful. Good luck!
