Pls Help for COS

Hi,

I am presently in the USA on H4 visa. The coming april '07 my employer is filing for my H1B and i visit india in the mid of May '07 and return in the mid of June07. I know if my H1B visa will have got approved, i need to get a stamping for H1B done before i re-enter USA .

But my question is if my H1B visa not approved befor i re-enter the usa or (mid of june) then Can I work in usa without H1B Stamping.

u can not travel while COS pending

Hi,
U can not travel while COS pending. if u travel it will be canceled and once again u have to apply for H1B. consult ur lawyer.
