Experts, please help!

I'm on leave on absence status at the company who's my green card sponsor right now (actually the company was gonna lay me off and I asked them to put me on their employee records without paying me, they said OK).

Now I have found a new contractor job through a third party staffing/job agency company (I'm a temporary employee for this company). It will be a long-term contractor work (hopefully more than a year).

I filed my I-485 case in June 2001 @TSC. Although my lawyer told me that TSC never issued RFE for employment letter/W2/paystubs in the past, I wanted to make sure that I will be OK in case of possible RFE or case transfer in the future (who knows what's gonna happen @TSC)?

Anyways, what would be my better option in terms of using AC21? Leave on absence in the company who sponsored my green card, or a new contractor job?

Thanks a lot in advance for your advice!

ONe of my friends had his company in which he is on leave of absence to be as a layer of contract. SO that new company paid his company and the company paid him. See if this works ....

I am novice in these stuff..Please check with others.
