One of my friends H1 was approved on Apr\'2000, he has BCom degree with 2 years of software exp. In Madras consulate, His H1 was revoked under 221(g) section (stating insufficient Experience) and they stamped "AFU" on back of his passport telling that they will put an enquiry on this case and sent his H1 papers back to INS for further enquiry. After completing an enquiry, recently his H1 application got re-approved.
What would be the next consequence? How they will handle this type of case and chance of getting H1 stamp? Please let me know.
