Hope you guys understand what i am trying to say. my husband worked for a company from FEb 2001 (H1 valid from feb 2001 till NOV 2003) in a X company. the company was acquired by Y company from FEb 2003. However there was no change in my husbnads job or wages. everything was the same. No difference whatsoever by the acquisition.(same desk, same people around nothing changed except the name of the company) so from feb 2003 onwards he started getting paystubs with header of company Y But the H1 from the company Y is valid from JUne 2003. this is my concern. Is there any problem. We did not receive any RFE for 140 or as a matter of fact did not get any rfe when changing H1 to present employer who is sponsoring green card.
will this create problem ? In the NOID they wanted to check if my husband continued employment or was he laid off. so we sent them W2 forms from both companies, both H1 petitions, all paystubs from feb 2000 till july 2003(thats when he left company Y). also they asked for recent paystubs from the present employer doing GC. so we send that too.
pls comment as to what you guys think of our situation.

FP for both 02/15/2005
485 AD ?????????
LUD on 485(myself) 02/23 (FP recd ) 03/30, 03/31 , 04/01, 04/04 (no message change but came to know through lawyer about NOID. sent to lawyer not us) 04/15 ( papers recd by USCIS), 04/18 no message change.
LUD spouse 02/23 (Fp recd)
Did enquiry 60 days after sending on june 15th. recd letter dated june 28th that pending due to routine security checks. LUDs changed accrodingly.
will this create problem ?
