My I485 is approved in Aug. 2002. My wife's was filed in feb. 02 in Nebraska. Since she is a graudate student in Texas, her case was transfered to dallas, tX in early sep.02
Q:
how long should she wait for her approval? in other words, is RD based on Neb or TX.?
if we want to file new case, like EAD, where should we file to? since the case is not TX service center, it is in local office, which there is no public address and worse they donot even inform us reciept of cases yet?
