Dear Friends,
I am in India at the moment and carrying a B1 for 10yrs. Got the visa from an african country where i was based for sometime on a contract. I have never been to usa before.
My would-be wife (US Citizen) is visiting next week and we would marry pretty soon.
my query to all you helpful ppl out there is whether
1) After marriage i go to usa, based on my B1, and then remarry my wife in usa for PROOF purpose and apply for the immigration status.
2) or i shall apply for the immigration from here in india. which i believe will take some time..
pls suggest
