I'm presently out of status. Came with a visa which expired (f1) and unfortunately i never went to college. My fiance' is a USC and we're planning to get married before the end of the year. He got his Citizenship about 7 months ago and is in a prestigious job. My question is, how long do u think it'll take for me to get my work authorization, ss and green card? Also, what are the steps I have to take in this marriage process. I have no idea. Do I need an attorney?

For all forms required to file for GC can be found at www.USCIS.gov.
You will get work permit within 3 months of filing.
I think you can do the paperwork by yourself if you can follow the istuctions carefully and read it 2-3 times. But I would suggest you to consult an attorny at least once to discuss your case.
Also search through this forum, you will find many cases similar to you and plenty of information.

You came on F-1 but did not attend college - strike one
Your F-1 expired, you are out of status, and you married a USC so you can adjust to a legal status. - strike two (the immigration officer at this point would begin to suspect your intentions)

I would really recommend you to consult a good immigration lawyer as you have a lot of convincing to do during your interview. Any advice from here is not going to help much in your situation.

Good Luck!
