Pls advice - RFE, no job

I dont have job now, but RFE being issued on 22nd Oct. What are my options??

You will have 80 days

from 10/22 to find a job and respond to the RFE...if its an interview they will extend the time but for RFEs I heard that they don't extend. You must get a job that is similar in nature and salary to the one in your LC.

What if there is no LC

What if the category is EB1 and the person is in this situation? what are the options? for EB1 there is no LC

Will a letter from a future employer stating that the candidate will be offered a position in 2 months time work for the RFE?
