I've been waiting for my H1b since January 02, since I decided to pay the fee to get it trhough the PP my employee called INS and they said that a decision was already taken on June 6th. And that we should be receiving it by mail. Neither my lawyer or we haven't received anything yet and the message online hasn't changed. The person from INS said that the decision had to pass through a supervisor. Do you think this is the cause of the delay?
What we are scare of is that this person didn't want to tell my employee what the decision was. My employee thinks that probabily are not good news, that's why the person didn't want to tell anything to him.
Do you think we should be scare for that?
