I wrote to USCIS Ombudsman about unusual delays in NSC processing of EB1 and NIW. Also pointed out the back and forth jumping of processing dates.
I got a reply saying that they will look into this matter. Guys, please send e-mails in droves just pointing out the delays and inefficiency at NSC, compared to TSC. If many people write, he may actually talk about it in congress.
Also, my friend just got his GC.
EB1-OR, receipt date June 2007 at TSC. Concurrent.
Got I-140 approval in December and got the card in Jan. That one month delay is I-485 REF for vaccination.
God, can anyone figure out whats going on with USCIS. This is worse than FEMA's management of Katrina. Just because US citizens are not involved and nobody is dying that Anderson Cooper can show on CNN, how can they get away with this? Gosh... Emilio Gonzalez should be fired.
In 2004 report, then USCIS director claimed that by 2005 or 2006, USCIS will adjudicate every petition in a matter of 180 days. Really? Who should be held accountable for not achieving that? I think they just talk but no one is accountable for any of their actions.
