Today I called INS and get a message back which my case try to deny.
They do not want to tell me detail. They will mail a notice to my lawyer.
When can I recive the notice?
My case is a EB2 normal case which I think. PD is 04/98 and ND is 01/02. I have a job now and H-1 Visa. Only one problem in my case is that I have two I-140 because my company changed name. For my second I-140, my lawyer
made a mistake for EB3.
