I was wondering if anyone knows how long after your interview in Juarez do you have to wait for your permanent residence card? My spouse has been there since Aug 11,2006 and is going on his 6th month there. I am constantly looking for answers to my question. I am alone here and have no one to talk too. I am going crazy waiting . Could someone put a smile on my face?
