Hi. I need to know any names or petitions (e.g. “motion to grant access”, “motion for entry”,) of court orders. I have a person out of the country on Advance Parole/VAWA Self-Petition/I-485 active pending status, BUT WITH a pre-finding of inadmissibility contained in the Request for Evidence to the I-485. Again, the finding of inadmissibility and the I-485 is PENDING, not FINAL. In any case, if he cannot get through the port, I want to file an emergency court order to get him in. I do not have any direct family relationship to this person. I am a citizen of the United States.
