IF YOUR CURRENT SALARY IS LESS THAN SALARY MENTION IN LC WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS OCCURS WITH YOUR 485 APPLICATION PLEASE HELP?
 
I am in a same situation ,,My present salary is 25% less than in LC

On the top of it . I am hourly .. Used to be salaried during LC.
My present paystubs shows I am hourly ..

Any one with info, please share
 
Shouldn\'t be a problem!

My salary on the labor was considerably high and by the my case got approved on 4/4/02 it was almost 50% down. I wouldn\'t worry about it too much be optimistic.
