Hi Experts,
I am eligible to switch to new company.My I140 got approved 1.5 yrs back and my I485 filing date is May 2006.I haven't used my EAD till now and it expires on June 2006.New company is not going to bare my legal expenses and have to bare all the legal expenses.Last year got 3 years H1B extension.Here are couple of questions.
1)If I switch to new company on H1B then legal expenses is going to cost me around $4000.Do you think it's a good idea to switch on H1B rather than EAD?
2)If i move on EAD then need file AC21 thorugh attorney which is going to cost around $600.
My application is in name check and don't know when it will be approved even though my dates have been current from past 3 months.
Please suggest.
