I'am working with company A, Status = H1-B 5th year running.
company filed GC, I-140 approved,
now, I want to take long vacation for 1 year and so (going to India),
company A will extend my h1-visa for next 3 years in may 2007.
there are no branches of company A in India.
Is it possible to be on vacation/without pay if company agrees (from INS point of view) ?
does it impact GC process in future, if I came back to USA ?
how early h1 can be applied if 6th yr is going to end in may 2007 ?
