My ND is past processing date by 3 months.. So i can do an inquiry now..

But before i do that, can anyone here suggest or know whether lawyer doing the inquiry is better or we doing it is better... I mean, does it have any impact if lawyer does it..

Also is there any SOP (Standard of Procedure) that USCIS follows when an inquiry is raised.. Or they just look at whatever screens these customer reps look and send us an totally unrelated reason for the delay.

Please no offence just suggest if you know otherwise ignore it

If your case is straightforward and doesnt have much complications, then you could send the letters yourselves. If you are like me... stringent...and money conscious.. :) then do it yourself.
I had sent AC21 letters, inquiry letters etc etc by myself. My application was approved last year and my wife's application also got approved recently.

Having said that, if you have a complicated case then its better to go thru an experienced attorney.

Thanks PV1976

My lawyer does not charge for doing inquiry.. My case is little complicated.. it is a labour subsititution case.. Old employer sent a letter to revoke I140

So i am really going through lot of depression.. I dont know when this journey will be over
