Please suggest. Regarding EAD

Hi,
My RD for EAD Renewal is June 28th and still did not receive any response from TSC. The website shows that the y r processing july 23rd cases.

Can any one suggest what i need to do. Is it best to wait for few more days or call the National Service center.

IF ANY ONE CALLED NATIONAL SERVICE CENTRE , CAN U PLEASE POST THE UPDATE

I understand ur feeling but panic won't solve the issue. First of all would u let us know the RD./ND of ur EAD?

calculate in this way

if your EAD receipt date is more than 90 days (+14) days from current date or today's date. you are eligable for interm EAD, all u need to walk to INS local Office with ur doc+receipt and would issue for u.

if not the case above, ur EAD receipt date is less than 90 days from current date. then I believe just sit tight and wait.... and if u are working with expired EAD, ask ur attorney;' advise about it to get any issue in future.

Okay.

using June 28 Add
30 +30 +30 + 14 days.

then u can walk in to Local INS office for EAD.
btw many ppl shared they got within 80 days in mail.

I am in the same situation - RD for EAD is June 3rd and still no sign - I lodged an inquiry on Aug 20 and they asked me to check back in 30 days.
