Hi All,
My I-140 is approved on Nov 5th. I have an option of going to CP or AOS. How risky is it going to CP ? will they check with all the previouse employers ? I mean, In India, the companies where I used to work, I came out of them not in good terms. So I am not sure, IF Ins verifies, they will give a good feedback. In that case, what do u suggest ?
