Dear Gurus ,
I have a question.
After my 140 is approved and 485 pending for more than 6 months I have changed my company.However I have not filed for AC21 yet. Mean while i have recvd a better offer from another company .So my current situation is.
Company 1:- receiver 140 approval and 6 months of 485
Company 2:- currently working. Not filed for AC21
Company 3:- considering joining.
Is it necessary to file for Ac21 from company 2 or can I join company 3 and file for AC21 ? All the jobs are of similar nature so should not have any issue with that. Your help will be highly appreciated.
