It is said in forums that, the wage should be higher than it is mentioned in LCA. In my old employers LCA, which was filed six years back, there are three wages mentioned. One is "rate of pay", another is "privilaige pay", and a pay in I-129 supplement forms. I have been paid in the range of "rate of pay", but very much less then mentioned in I-129 supplement.
We are planning to go for visa stamping and worried about this. We have been paid regularly. We have left that employer long back and moved to new one and have new I-129. But, this is causing us to worry.
