Please suggest documents required for FP2 and iead!

Hi All,
Could you please suggest the documents required to be taken for the FP2, I'am scheduled for my FP2 on 06/08, and one more thing is there a number I can call in to go for my iead with appointment?

documents for Fp2

Just your FP notice and a drivers licence or picture ID should be enough for FP2. Not sure how you can get an appointment for EAD.
