Please suggest a Doctor in Bay area

Hi,
    Needs to get medical exams done. Lives in Santa Clara. Please suggest a doctor in this area who charges a reasonable fee. I called some of them and the fee varies a lot.

His charges are very reasonable. I would say the best in the Bay Area. Good luck.
 
Copy of the Certificate

Does he give the copy of the certificate I-693 to you!

Also how much time he takes to the entire test ( how may days )!
