Looks like INS Vermont has been sending FP notices to Oct1999 to March 2000 cases. They have already covered most of Apr2000 to Oct 2000 cases, so I would think that Dec2000 cases should see their FPs in or around May2001.
Just my thoughts.

I have seen some FP noticess for Nov 2000 cases. I guess around April and May 2001 we will see Dec 2000/Jan2001 cases.
This a prediction more complicated then Astrology.
