I Had My Interview In Down Town Los Angeles 8-23-2006
After Interview Officer Told Me Your Case Is Approved Your In Next Oath, After 50 Days Next Oath Came Up And No News For Me, I Went Doen Town L.a. An Officer Told Me You Are Approved And You Are In Next Oath Ceremony , 2-day Befor Oth Not Any News I Went There Again Another Officer Told Me We Sent Your Case To El Monte
( Another Office) One More Person Should Check It And In Next 60 Days They Will Send You Letter,
What Is That? Why? Any Idea? Thanks A Lot Every One
 
You had your interview and the officer told you could attend the next oath ceremony. Am I correct? If I am then I would assume he would have handed you an oath letter to attend the oath ceremony in a specific future date.

Do you know if your name check was cleared when you were at the interview? I am sure some one from this forum can help you to the right direction. So let’s find out exactly where you stand. For what I know after interview, granted everything went well, the only reason oath takes longer for some people is the delayed name check process.
 
THE PART I REALY DONT UNDRESTAND IS WHY TWO DIFRENT OFFICER TOLD ME YOUR CASE IS APPROVED ( I THINK MEANS PASSED NAME CHECK AND etc. ) BUT 3RD OFFICER TOLD ME YOUR CASE MAY CHECK BY 2 PERSON? IF I GRANT WHY I HAVE TO CHECK AGAIN?

Good question. Why would they do that if everything is clear. All i can suggest is to be more clear take another infopass and ask thease two questions,

1. Has your background check/name check been clear?
2. If everything is clear why did they send your app to another office?

I am not sure how much info you will get but if it doesn't hurt to ask then why not.
