Hi Friends,
Just few quick questions. Currently I am waiting for my NOA
(Notice of action) of my EAD (Work-permit) from Chicago (mailed May 26th 2005). Now I was fingerprinted for FBI on Jan 16 2004 and it is my understanding that fingerprints are valid only for 15 months (which means mine have expired) I was wondering can I call the customer service and request for a new appointment for my fingerprints? I just want to be up-to date since I am leaving the US on Advance Parole and entering US in Oct. Now what I was thinking was should I wait for my EAD NOA? (Since EAD also requires a finger prints right? Or should I just call for fingerprints and then when I get a NOA for EAD I go again for fingerprints of EAD? Please suggest.
