Hi,

I want to know what are the things to check before accepting a PRE-APPROVED LABOR for the GC , from a company ?

Check following:

a) Your skills/education/exp. matches with the approved LC. You should have all the requirement when it was filed, not approved. Try to get a copy of approved 750A/B and compare with your qualification/skills.
b) Employer willing and able to support the immigration petition.
c) Employer has not used that LC for I-140. If they have then they need to inform INS and request to cancel the previuos application.
