Dear Forum;

This is my first time applying for Re-entry permit, With my application i accompanied the copy of my green card both faces, with that be enough as supporting documentation? Plus, as you all know the new fee will be in effect coming monday i have shipped my application yesterday the 25th, and i checked this morning it's already arrived at Nebraska Ser. center, but how would i know if they processed it, could i find a recipt number off of the check that i submitted on my statement, is that true?

Give yourself another week, you would received a notificafication receipt, enclosing a receipt number, those standard - notificafication letters are pretty fast nowaday.

I don't believe that you would be able to find any receipt number out of your canceled check.

you will receive a notice receipt soon from nebraska center,and it has all the information and the receipt number,


after you get the recipt number, go to USCIS ONLINE STATUS WEBSIT,
YOU NEED TO REGISTER, YOU CAN TRACK YOUR CASE ONLINE DAILY,

AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLINE APPROVAL WHEN YOUR CASE IS APPROVED

Yes, you can find your receipt number on the back of your canceled check.
so, whichever come first, canceled check or notification mail.
