If an approved I-140 is revoked before 180 days from the date of I-485 receipt date, then there could be issue on the approval of I-485. Revoking I-140 does not make pending I-485 invalid automatically. It becomes invalid only after final decision is made (approval or denial) and MTR is exhausted.
But if employer revokes I-140 after 180 days then there is no effect on your pending I-485 provided you have a similar job offer in your hand (or already working).
If yours is a perfect Ac-21 case (I-140 approved and 485 filed 6 months ago when you changed job), your previous employer revoking I-140 will not have any affect on your pending 485.
