Please share AAO Experience - GC difficulties

Hi All

Recently my Case ( I-140 ) is transferred to AAO Office...( Ability to pay issue)

I am not able to take any decision what to do next for getting GC...

Please share your experiences, what are the chances of approval, How difficult to approve it ? Can they deny it ? how long it takes....

I believe the people who's case sent to AAO, are not coming to this forum !!!

My case was sent to AAO in Sep, 2004. The denial was based on Ability to Pay. Yesterday my I140 got approved.
There is hope from AAO if your case is solid.

It seems your case is approved so fast i.e in 6 months after referring to AAO, as compared to 14 months for decision , reported in December 2004 report...

Do you need to go to Washington DC for AAO decision ? ( Is it like court ?)
or hidden decision by AAO office ?
