Attorney Murthy Bulletin says that still INS has not issued guidelines regarding 180 day rule.
Please explain if I am wrong or Murthys bulletin????

You may be right but why these attorneys are not coming with some concrete comment on the new memo which says that once can switch job after 485 filing past 180 days.
