Hi,
I might be laid off in next few weeks. My RD is in sep. I am planning to join one of my relative\'s company with the same title and skill set. Since joining relative\'s company, will INS create any problem because in our 485 documents, my relative\'s surname is there.(Maternal uncle to my wife).
Please advise.
