Hi

My application (H1 &H4) was recd by St louis office on 6/25 and i'm still waiting. Last week, one employer had applied H1 visa under premium processing for my wife ( H4 to H1 transfer). Since we haven't received our passports yet, does my wife's visa transfer during this transition cause any conflict in visa stamping? What if my wife's H1 visa is approved prior to the H4 visa stamping.

I appreciate if somebody through some light on it.

stamping is a different issue from the H1 COS. so the only thing will happen after H4 stamping is that her H4 stamp will no longer be valid, the new I-94 she receives with h1 approval will determine har status.

She will have to get a H1 stamp the next time she travels outside the country.
