Here are the details..
PD 11/96
RD 08/99
ND 09/99
RFE Issued on Jan 26th... for employment letter and affidavit of support.
Responded to RFE on Feb 15th.
Received Letter from INS today that our case has been transfered to Boston
INS and an Interview date will be scheduled by them....After so much wait.
I feel really frustrated .........
1) Is anyone in same boat who case is currently with Boston INS and
waiting for Interview call?
2) Does anyone know how long it will take for them to schedule an
Interview and what could be the usual /unusual questions?
3) We received I 485 Forms with Feb 26th a new notice date... Does this
mean a new waiting process until this notice date is reached?
