peace upon you everyone :)
lets start my story 1st of all i got married from an American woman and she live with me right now in my country since 7 months we got the DFC and our i-130 got approved then they send me the 1st package with documents DS 230 and and 3.5 form and I-864 and I-864A and I-864W and a paper to show me all what i have to send like a copy fo my birth Certificate and some things too
now my question is my wife still in egypt how come she can make the I-864 and her income not enough what we shall do..she has the 1040 form ( tax return for 2009 & 2008) <<< they need that forms too
her daughter has a home but she has 4 kids and her daughter has a boyfriend he is a cap
i need advice please
because i am worry about the time

She appears to be an older person who may have savings or own home. She can compensate for income by assets. She can also return to the US to her job while case is being processed.
 
u didnt get my point then...they send us the package that`s mean no time to back work and get pay..my question is can her daughter`s boyfriend to joint sponcer
 
thanks for reply so now she has to fill out the I-864 and the co-sponsor fill out the I-864A because i still dont know the different between I-864 and I-864A and I-864W and she has to fill out what from those 3 forms and the co-sponsor should fill out what
 
There is a difference between co-sponsor and joint-sponsor. Where does her daughter's boyfriend live? If he is in the same household as your wife, he will just sign an I-864A. If he doesn't, then he fills out I-864. Remember, your wife must fill out an I-864 no matter what.
 
i got u he live in another state already so he will fill out the I-1864 and she has to do the same..but what about the other forms I-864A and I-864W ..because the embassy said if i send the all documents they gonna send me the documents again so i want every thing perfect..
and there`s a site to teach her how she can fill out the I-864

All documents are not applicable to every situation. They just sent all of them so you can pick which are relevant to your application.

So you'll need two I-864's, and discard the I-864A and I-864W.
