Applied for AP & EAD on Apr 5th.
Got RFE on EAD & AP for both me and Wife.
Responded to RFE with our pic ID's and color pics on May 25th.
Awaiting approvals on AP in particular
Question:
I'm planning India visit in Jul 1st week. I'm awaiting Aproval notice to book tickets.
What do you guys think?? How long will this take after responding to RFE.
Please post your expert opinions.

Given I've avlid H1 till 2009, what doc's do i have to take for travelling
and renter for immigration purposes?
 
If you have a valid H1 visa on your passport you can travel with that one and re-enter without any problem. However carry with you your latest I-797 for the H1 if the petitioner is different. Also carry current employment letter and pay -stubs just incase the POE inspector asks for it.
 
Hi Everyone,

We are visiting India for 2-3 weeks and we are using Advanced Parole to enter to US and we are traveling via Frankfurt, Germany.

Just today I have talked to Germany consulate they said I have to take transit visa from India for return trip to US.

I have gone through many threads on this topic, nobody said anything about this. Is this new rule??

I also visited chenni (Germany) consulate website and they do not have option for transit visa. Do I have to go to Delhi?? I live in Hyderabad. We are traveling with two kids.
