Please ask your atternoys...
It is high time for you to request your respective immg. atternoys to fight for reducing the backlog/expedite your case by actively involving/participating them with the Rajiv Sir/Vijay Sharma's initiative for LAW SUIT.
This will surely give more moral boost and confidence to all of us.
The atternoys should come forward help their clients at this very needy,troublsome and fustrated moment, not just taking money and sending/posting the filled form to BCIS. We/Our company choose the atternoys to solve the immigration matter legally if there are any problems not only related to RFEs(which the atternoys still charge more) but also get the case processed in stipulated time frame at least that is implied.
Please donot keep silent regarding this issue..please start writing /speaking to your atternoys to find ways to expedite the cases. if they say that they are helpless then please ask them at lease to join and support the LawSUIT filed by immigrationportal.org.
There are lot of other laws/rules the BCIS is proposing in comming days which will further slowdown/stop the processing for indefinite period of time.
BTW...after repeated requests my atternoy seems to be interested in contacting RAjiv Sir/Sharmaji.
