Please reply quick : Can I enter US tomorrow

Please reply ASAP to this. Currently I am in UK and my 485 has been approved. I am flying to US tomorrow. I have a valid H1B as well as advance parole. Will they allow me to enter US on H1 when my 485 has been approved.

Thats the purpose of AP. You can enter US without any issue, if you have a valid AP and approved 485 as well.

Absolutely NO probelm. I asked a CIS rep the same question and her reply was "How would you know your case was approved if you were outside US?"

You can use AP or H1. If you AP they may do a defered inspection. But any way no problem.

If you are lucky, you might even get your passport stamped (I-551). I heard sometimes at POE, immigration officers do this.
