I joined in the company as a Senior Software Engineer when my labour was filed with this company and now there are promoting me as Lead Systems Designer. Iam in my 485 stage and have my EAD. My I-140 was approved year back. I have been working with the same company three and half years now. Can I take this job. Are there any things i need to consider before taking this job as far as immigration goes.

See if they can up your responsibility without changing your title. That'll be the best of both worlds. A lot with depend on what's the language of your job specificatoin say? Does it mention 'systems design' anywhere? You really should be consulting your attorney (who filed your LC) on this one.

Speaking for myself, I'd avoid changing to a job with too many new responsibilities.
